You will only see this page the first time you enter the calendar. To see this page after that, simply click on the "Calendar Help" link in the filter tree frame to the left.

The goal of the USTA Colorado Master Calendar is to provide tennis enthusiasts with a complete log of all events within the scope of our organization. Filtering of these events is accomplished by using the "Filter Tree" in the frame on the left. It is subdivided into individual organizational areas. Each area is divided into calendars of events that apply to that area. Any combination of individual calendars and/or folders of calendars can be selected for viewing. Simply check the folder (for all calendars in the folder) or check individual calendars.

Check marks in white checkboxes belonging to folders imply all folders/calendars below that level are included. Check marks in grey boxes belonging to folders imply that at least one, but not all of the calendars below that level are checked. When individual calendars are checked, the calendar icon will change to a color icon representing the color of the events in the calendar view.

To get started using the calendar, just open folders in the filter tree in the frame on the left until you see the calendar you want, then simply check it. The rest should be straightforward. To help you make the most of the calendar, we have provided some helpful information below.

Performance
This is a process intense application that filters and displays thousands of events. Please be patient while a screen is being rendered after selecting an item. The fewer calendars selected, the faster the rendering.

Viewing
The calendar was designed for use with Internet Explorer. However, every attempt has been made for it to function on other browsers. If you experience a problem viewing, please contact support below.

"Cookies" are used to maintain the state of the calendar (filter tree and calendar view). If cookies are disabled, you will need to recheck calendars each time you start the calendar.

The calendar frames will automatically adjust to any screen resolution. However, viewing of the calendar will be most optimal at higher resolutions.

Calendars can be viewed by Day, Week, Month, Year and Individual event. These views are obtained by clicking the corresponding icon at the top of any calendar view.

In the month view, events with horizontal color bars are "all day events" and events with vertical color bars are at specific times.

Printing
At the top of any calendar view, there is a printer icon. Clicking this icon will open a "Printer Friendly Page" of the current calendar view. Printing this page will provide the best printout of the view. Individual printing options can be applied to the "Printer Friendly Page" as the user wishes.

Color - If your printed calendars do not contain color, you will need to turn your browser's background color print option on. In IE, this option (Print Background Color and Images) can be found under Tools->Internet Options->Advanced in the Printing Section.
